Adams Design Trading Terms :
Adams Design will update any software applications that require bug fixes relative to the scope of the software application that we have been contracted to design and publish. Applications are designed for use with specific Adobe Flash Player versions. Adams Design will not be responsible for any software problems that occur using any other version of the Flash Player other than the version that the software has been published for.
All software published by Adams Design remains copyright Adams Design until paid in full for the quoted amount. Applications with production times exceeding one month will require progressive payments at each stage of design.
Quotes are supplied based on the scope of the application required, any additional alterations, not included in the scope, are charged at our studio hourly rate of AUD $70.00 per hour.
All material supplied must conform to the copyright laws of australia. Any material deemed as a copyright infringement will be deleted.
